Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic/Fragrance products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.

- Diffuser bottle colour & shape may vary as per the size availability
Products can be exchanged, if user raises the concern within 24 hour from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing a mail to the support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with actual proof. We would require the photos of the invoice ,product(s) and video of unpacking on mail to initiate exchange process.
Things to keep in mind for exchange:
> Exchange is only allowed on the same product.
> Product unpacking video is required.
> Exchange will be allowed only once.
> Please ensure tags are intact.
> Exchanged will be processed once item is picked up from customer.
> Items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
- Order can only be cancelled before shipping. Post shipping above mentioned Refund and Return policy will be applicable.
